Phill Alan O'Neal

Born September 16, 1941 in Indianapolis the son of Bedford Henry and Martha Louise (King) O’Neal.

He was a veteran having served in the United States Army.

Phill was a millwright having worked at several nuclear power plants, retiring from the power plant in San Onofre, CA.

He was a member of First Church of the Nazarene, Greencastle and the American Legion.

Phill is survived by his wife, Wanda Kay (Smithers) O’Neal; children Darla Jean Bradley, Connie Star (Brad) Lofland, Cindy LuAnn (Bill) Laybourne, Phil Allan (Jodi) O’Neal Jr, Lannie Ray (Traci) O’Neal and Lonnie Jay (Ramona) O’Neal; sisters Linda Louise Hehmann, Phyllis Pamela (John) Smither, brothers Danny Craig (Lana) O’Neal and Brent Eugene (Lorie) O’Neal; 19 grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM on November 4, 2023 at the First Church of the Nazarene 580 S. Co. Rd. 100 E. Greencastle, IN.
