Wanda Mae Trail

January 25, 1941- June 17, 2025

Wanda Mae Trail, 84, of Greencastle, passed away peacefully at her home with family present. She was loved very much by her family.

Wanda was born January 25, 1941 in Greencastle to Claude and Bonnie (Sutherlin) Query. She was one of seven children. She grew up knowing and loving the Lord, and to this day her faith has never wavered.

She loved all of her family very much.

She is survived by her three daughters, Cathy (Dave) May, Teresa Paris, and Tina (Russell) Crosby. A boy she raised, Jeremiah (Missy) Rosa. Her step children, Marsha Chadwell and Mark Trail. Her first husband, Virgil Bolton. Her siblings, Wilma (Jerry) Cox and Larry Query. Many grandchildren, even more great grandchildren, and a few great-great grandchildren. Also, many extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Her baby boy, Charles Ray Bolton. Her husband, Bobby Leon Trail. Her brothers, Billy, Kenny, and Bobby Query. Her sister, Mary Rose (Jack) Allee. A granddaughter, Rebekah Diane Crosby. A grandson, Nicholas Lee Williams. Sister-in-laws Beulah Gaddis, Betty Kiger, Ollie Query, Linda Query, Carolyn Query, Benidean Costa, and Wilma D. Query.

She has requested no visitation or funeral services. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at the Brick Chapel Cemetery 3547 N. US Hwy 231 Greencastle, IN.
