Adrian is survived by his three sons; Adrian Jr. and Scott Shelton of High Point, NC and David Shelton and wife Robin of Greensboro, NC; two grandchildren, Ryan and Faith Shelton; and one sister, Pansy Christy of Greensboro, NC
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 21st, 11:00 a.m. at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel. Burial will follow at Guilford Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel.
