Ann V. Tilley

The funeral service will be held Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 2:00 pm at Hanes Lineberry N. Elm Chapel with the Rev. Rodney Navey officiating.

Mrs. Tilley was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her greatest joy throughout her long life was the love and care of her family. She was truly the foundation on which her family was built and she will be deeply missed in years to come.

She was an avid golfer, loved gardening, and was always involved in creative endeavors for other people.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sister.

Mrs. Tilley is survived by her husband Jack E. Tilley; sons Forrest V. Tilley and wife Pam of Greensboro and Brooks V. Tilley and wife Robin of Morehead City, NC; one grandchild, Hunter V. Tilley and several nieces and nephews.

The family will visit with friends on Friday, November 19, 2010 from 7:00 – 8:00 pm at Hanes Lineberry N. Elm Chapel.

The family would like to thank the staff of Greensboro Manor for their devotion and care of Mrs. Tilley over the past few years.
