She was born September 6, 1939 in Moore County where she grew up and graduated from Robbins High School. Ms Hurley was a hard-working, loving, unselfish, single mother of two. She was a person who loved Jesus and strived to live her life according the principles taught by The Word. She loved music, reading, going to the beach and spending time with her family.
The family would like to extend appreciation to Authoracare Hospice of Greensboro and BrightStar Home Care service (caregiver-Elizabeth Felts). Their support and kind presence was priceless to us.
She is survived by son Greg Hurley and his wife Jennifer, daughter Lynn Weisner and her husband Jim, her sister Ruth Cheek and her husband Glynn, brother Paul Moore and wife Dina.
Ms. hurley was preceded in death by her father Henry Moore, mother Mollie Richardson Moore, sister Margaret Overby and brothers Henry (H.B.) Moore and Wilbur Moore.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.haneslineberryfhnorthelm.com for the Hurley family.
