She was born on June 21st, 1932 in Jamestown, North Carolina to the late Mary Hill Ellison. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She retired from Guilford County Schools after thirty-five years as a school cafeteria manager.
She is survived by her daughter, Benita Fields; sons, Lee and wife, Debbie Osborne; Don Osborne; four grandchildren, Crystal Voss and husband, David, Christopher Green, Zeb Osborne and wife Kelly and Jeannie Osborne; three great-grandchildren, Lucas and Zachary Voss and Tyler Osborne.
Betty will be cremated and a private burial of her ashes will take place at a later date.
