Bryan was born April 19, 1971 in Mobile, AL, the son of David and Martha McElroy Phillips.
Bryan was employed by FedEx for many years as a security specialist and was a former police officer with the Mobile Police Department. While at the police department he enjoyed many assignments, but his love was being a motorcycle officer. Bryan had an affection for the arcade game Galaga(still holds the highest score) and had a mean serve while playing tennis. He will be remembered for his dry sense of humor but mostly for his love of his family. He will be missed.
Bryan was preceded in death by his grandparents, A.P. and Inez Mcelroy and Robert and Estell Hilburn Phillips; Uncles, Johnny McElroy; Rudolph, Eugene, Charles, and Bobby Phillips; Aunt, Inez Novak.
In addition to his parents of Robertsdale, AL, Bryan is survived by his wife, Jeri Phillips; sons, Tyler “Dug” Phillips and Delano Phillips; daughters, Tienna and Delaney Phillips, all of Greensboro; brothers, David Phillips (Stephanie) and John Phillips (Cindy), all of Mobile, AL; sister, Shannon Staples (Jacob) of Laurel, MS; nieces and nephews, Collin, Preston and Carson Phillips and Isaac and Kate Staples.
