David grew up in NC and met Judy at First Methodist Church in Milwaukee Wl after he served in the Navy during the Korean War.
David leaves behind his children Debbie, Dave, and Jodi, as well as grandchildren Darel, Kyle and Shannon. He was preceded in death by his parents Earl and Alma as well as siblings Benny and Rheta.
David will be remembered for his efficient, orderly way and for being a very hard worker his entire life. He always had a project, or would help you with yours, and it was always done to perfection. David wasn't outgoing, but those he loved knew it. In addition to being devoted to family David was a fan of the Green Bay Packers, St.Louis Cardinals, and Duke basketball. He was also a passionate Republican and a dog lover. At David's request, there will not be a service.
David's final resting place will be in Guilford Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to charity.
