Mrs. Dora Jean Hildreth Hardin, 63, of Sophia and a former resident of Greensboro died on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at her residence. Mrs. Hardin was born January 8, 1948 in Greensboro, the daughter of Andrew Boyce and Eunice Allen Hildreth. She was a graduate of Smith High School. She was married to Rufus Lee “Johnny” Hardin who preceded her in death. Also preceded her in death were her parents; her sister, Carolyn H. Case and three brothers, Duren Hildreth, Andrew Boyce Hildreth, Jr. and Richard Hildreth.
Surviving is one brother, James “Jim” Hildreth and his wife Linda of Jacksonville, FL; several nieces and nephews and other extended family members.
Graveside Services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Guilford Memorial Park conducted by the Reverend Donna Smith. Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home Sedgefield Chapel is serving the family.
