A gathering of family and friends will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 31, 2019, at Hanes Lineberry North Elm Chapel, 515 North Elm Street.
Hazel was born August 24, 1927, in Lima, New York. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Pate and their son, James Edward Pate, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Pate Reynolds and husband Joe; son, Mark Pate and wife, Elizabeth, both of Greensboro; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
