James Brower "JB" Clark

A celebration of JB’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 8, 2015, at Hanes Lineberry North Elm Chapel, 515 North Elm Street, with Rev. Gene Dean officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

JB was born October 13, 1941, in Greensboro, NC to the late Robert Walker Clark and Inez Clark Howard. He was a military police officer while he served his country in the National Guard and after 25 years of serving his community as Sergeant, he retired from the Greensboro Police Department. Before working with the police department, he worked with the Greensboro News and Record for many years. He attended Guilford College and received his degree in Criminal Justice. He was a computer guru, enjoyed playing video games and he loved to cook.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Clark was preceded in death by his step-father, James Howard and his brother, Robert W. Clark. He is survived by his daughters, Kris Clark Aronson and husband Andy, Elizabeth Clark and fiancé Brian Greene; granddaughters, Ellie and Alizse Aronson; brother, John V. Clark and wife Lynn.
