Jason Patrick Bennett, 47, of Greensboro, NC passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. A Memorial service will be held at Christ United Methodist Church, 410 N. Holden Rd in the Fellowship Center on Sunday, January 26, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. with the Reverend Morris Brown and the Reverend Dr. Mark Sills officiating. The family will receive friends at the church following the service.
Jason was born December 15, 1977 to Jerry and June Bennett. After graduating from Ragsdale High School, he worked in the food service industry first in Greensboro, N.C., then Wilmington N.C., Las Vegas N.V., Oceanside C.A. and also worked as a butcher at Costco in Greensboro, NC.
He was preceded in death by his long time friend and partner, Cheri Denise Johnson.
He is survived by his parents, Jerry and June Bennett of Greensboro, sister Jennifer Oliver (David ) of McLeansville, nieces Mikayla and Laci Oliver and many loving relatives and friends.
