Chuck, Michelle, and rest of family, I was so sorry to learn this week about Jean's passing in October.  She was always so gracious and welcoming with us. And so well "put together," as they say.  Michelle, you are her "mini-me" judging by the photo; looks just like you!  
They just don't make them like your Mom anymore!

Jean was an outstanding person. I met her when Pilot Life and Jefferson merged. We were instant friends and have remained friends for many years.  I will always remember her kindness and gentleness. I always looked forward to our holiday gatherings at her house with our work buddies. She was a great host and cook. Blessed to have known her and will miss her sweet smile and giggle.  Prayers for Chuck and Michelle and family in this sad time. Great memories.

My sincere condolences to the family. Jean was so much more to me than a client. She spent many years coming to my salon. I always told her I did her hair just so we could catch up with each other. She was the epitome of a lady. I admired how she always  stepped out in style.  She was loyal to her friends and family. A better person I’ve never known. I will miss her. Thank you Chuck for bringing Jean  when she could no longer drive. It meant a lot to her and to me. Peace be with you as you mourn the loss of your precious mother.

My deepest sympathy to your family. Jean was so proud of you all .  She was unfailingly kind especially to me when I was a long way from home and lost my mother.  I thought of her as a second family in NC. 

Jean was a great cook and I will treasure memories of lovely meals in her home -I still use several of her recipes.
