Jerry was born on June 19, 1957, the son of Tommy and Rebecca Bishop Mullins in Greensboro, NC. He was employed with Starmount Villa for over 19 years.
Jerry is survived by two sisters; Vickie Haynes, his twin, and her husband Brigg of Hamptonville, NC; Judy Hare and fiancé Martin Monaco of Greensboro, NC; children, Marie Ottinger and fiancé Eddie Hamilton of Pinnacle, NC and Michael Collie of Reidsville, NC; grandchildren, Thomas Mothershead and Jacob Baird.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday, 4:00 p.m. at Guilford Memorial Park.
Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel is assisting the Mullins family.
