Mr. Jimmy D. Poole, 71, of Greensboro, died Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Moses Cone Hospital.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, 1:00 p.m., at Reedy Fork Baptist Church Cemetery, by Rev. Chandler.
Jimmy was born May 9, 1940 in Greensboro, the son of the late George William Poole and Minnie Ethel Robinson Poole.
Jimmy enjoyed hunting and watching Nascar events.
Surviving are his sons, Jimmy Poole, Jr. and wife Eva of Lake Arthur, LA; David Poole and wife Kelly of Gainesville, GA; Ronnie Poole of Randleman and Jodey Poole and wife Juanita of Summerfield; sister, Edna Townsend of Greensboro; brothers, Bill and Jay Poole, both of Greensboro; 12 grandchildren.
Friends will be received Saturday, 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m., at Hanes-Lineberry N. Elm Chapel, prior to the service.
