Juanita Wilson Jones

Juanita was born in Guilford County on June 6, 1926, the daughter of William W. and Esther Beula Shoemaker Wilson. She worked at the Oakdale Cotton Mill in Jamestown. She was a member of Bales Memorial Wesleyan Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She will be deeply missed.

Juanita was preceded in death by her brother, William Wilson and two sisters, Ann Holder and Lorraine Reaves. Those surviving are her husband of 65 years, Cecil B. Jones; daughters, Susan Kearse and husband Joe of Jensen Beach, FL and Nancy Sexton and husband Brad of Greensboro, NC; grandchildren, Allyson Fischer, Kelly Hill and Justin Kearse and five great grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers; Darrell Wilson of Winston Salem, NC and Arnold Wilson of Archdale, NC and sister, Betty Jean Yates of Lexington, NC.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, 2:00 p.m. at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel with burial to follow at Guilford Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel.
