Judith Judy Cozart Anthony

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, November 7, 2014 at Glenwood Presbyterian Church, 1205 Glenwood Ave., in Greensboro, with Rev. Dr. Charles Howell officiating. Burial will follow in Greenhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church fellowship hall, from 11 until 12 pm.

Born in Guilford County to the late Aaron “Pete” and Mary Cozart, Judy was a member of Glenwood Presbyterian Church, where she was a member of the Sunshine Club and the Circle of Friends Women’s Circle. She was a loving and devoted mother and best friend. Judy was a gifted artist, enjoyed gardening, and was a huge dog lover. She was also a member of the board at The Servant Center. Judy was a very caring person who enjoyed doing for others and wanted no recognition for her good deeds. She was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Alan Cozart.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving daughter, Dawn Moss and her husband Jeff of Madison; and her loyal and faithful companion, her poodle, “Cooper”.
