Katharine Davis Bonisolli

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, May 16, 2025, at Westminster Gardens Cemetery, 3601 Whitehurst Road, Greensboro, NC 27410. The family will receive friends and loved ones from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, May 15, 2025, at Hanes-Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel, 6000 West Gate City Blvd., Greensboro, NC 27407.

Born in Greensboro, on October 1, 1940, to the late James and Carolina Davis, Katharine was of the Christian faith and attended Saint Andrews Episcopal Church for many years. She was a member of The United Daughters of the Confederacy, Chapter 301. Katharine was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, who loved spending time with her loving family and will be missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Louis Bonisolli; and brothers-in-law, Richard L. Taylor and James M. Young.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Richard W. Oliver Jr. (Jacqui), Wendy Oliver and Pamela O. Hunt (Allen), all of Greensboro; sisters, Carolina D. Taylor of Mount Airy, NC and Corinne D. Young of Chesapeake, VA; 5 grandchildren, Zachary A. Hunt, Tyler A. Hunt, Alexandria C. Gonzalez, Carolina Oliver, and Richard Oliver III; 7 great-grandchildren; and other extended family and friends.
