A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, November 13, 2010 at Westminster Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Friday at Hanes Lineberry N. Elm Chapel.
Lewis was preceded in death by his wife Margaret Swink Bailey; brothers, Eddie, Carl, and Garnett Bailey; and sister, Helen Bailey.
He is survived by sons, Lewis R. Bailey of Graham, and Kenneth L. Bailey of Stoneville; daughter, Linda B. Overman of Summerfield; sisters, Dorothy Swink and MyrtleSmith; brothers, Vernie, David and James Bailey; grandchildren, Michael Overman, Wendy Gray, Donald Overman, Jr., and Dale Bailey; great grandchildren, Chris Overman, Eric Gray, Matthew Gray, Kaithlyn Overman, Clayton Overman and Terry Overman; great great grandson, Zack Overman
