Linwood was born January 4, 1947 in Greensboro, the son of Linwood Harrison Peaslee, Sr. and Pauline Land Peaslee.
Linwood attended GTCC to learn about turf management. He was employed by J.P. Stevens as a dispatch manager, Bill Black Cadillac as a salesperson and also as the owner of Peaslee Nursery and Landscaping. He was a very likeable person who loved the outdoors, golfing and watching NASCAR. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and being a great father.
Those left to cherish his memory is his former wife, Yvonne Peaslee and his son, Daniel Alan Peaslee, both of Greensboro.
The family asks with gratitude that memorials in Linwood’s name be made to the American Heart Association, 7029 Albert Pick Rd. #200, Greensboro, NC 27409.
