Lorrette Hanna

On May 27, 2023, Lorrette Suleiman Rantisi Hanna, 69, passed at her home. A funeral service will be conducted at 1pm on Friday, June 2, 2023 at Dormition of the Theotokos Greek Orthodox Church. Interment will follow at 3pm at Westminster Gardens Cemetery.

Lorrette was born on February 3, 1954 to the late Rose and Suleiman Rantisi in Ramallah, Palestine. She was a teacher in Ramallah before her marriage. She was known in and out of town for her delicious cooking. She was an amazing woman that loved her heritage and music. She was a strong, warm hearted woman that always tried to keep the family together. She was loved in many different ways. Known as a favorite aunt to many.

She leaves behind her son Charlie and daughters, Cindy and Suhad Hanna; three grandchildren Nahseem and Claudia Tanus, and Thaddeus Hanna; brothers, Odeh, Jaber, Yacoub, Osta and Hanna Rantisi; sisters Freida Fino, Nadia Aburosa, Aida Sawalha, Mona Rantisi, and Faten Shareef; sister-in-law Violet Hanna; also, her Best Friend for life Rasha Hanhan; close friends May Fleihan, Saada Naim, and Sofia Agapion. She will now join her late husband Ramzi Hanna; her late sister-in-law Samyeh Hanna, and also one of her closest friends, Suzan Ganim. We love you and will miss you everyday Lorrette Hanna, May God rest your sweet soul.
