

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at Hanes-Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel, 6000 West Gate City Blvd., Greensboro, NC 27407. Entombment will follow immediately following the service in the Sedgefield Mausoleum at Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends and loved ones from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Monday evening, May 27, 2024 at the funeral home and again from 10:00 AM until service time on Tuesday at the the funeral home.
Faye was born July 17th 1944, in Norfolk Virginia to the late James Clarence Barrickman and Eva Lorraine Barrickman. She grew up in Kennewick, Washington and was the oldest of three children. Faye met her husband, Nickolas Anthony Di Falco, Sr. while he was in the service in Moses Lake Washington. After a brief courtship, they married in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho on October 18, 1962 and were married for 61 years. After Nick finished his service in the United States Air Force, they moved to Nick's hometown, Yonkers, New York. Faye retired from Westchester Rockland Newspaper as an accounts receivable assistant manager. They moved to Greensboro North Carolina in Dec 1992. Faye also worked as a school bus driver for Guilford County Schools, and also drove school buses for First Student. Faye worked to get her associates degree as a paralegal at GTCC in Jamestown. They had two children, Nickolas Anthony, Jr. and Anthony Donato. Faye has four grandchildren, Victoria Faye, Nicholas Anthony, III, Daniel and Jack; two great-grandchildren, Isaac James and Colton; two sisters, Barbara McCambridge of Wilson, North Carolina and Lorraine Church or Moses Lake, Washington; and other extended family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Faye was preceded in death by a son, Anthony Donato Di Falco.
