Maegan Elizabeth Smith, 30, a resident of Pleasant Garden passed away on Sunday April 10, 2022. She was born in Greensboro on January 16, 1992, the daughter of Johnny Alan and Lisa Gail Paschall Smith.
Maegan graduated from Providence Grove High School, attended Randolph Community College and received her BS Degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNC-G). She was employed as a lab technologist with Carolina Biological Supply in Elon.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Jo Anne Barber Spivey; her maternal grandfather, Bill Paschall, Jr.; her paternal grandparents, Jesse James Smith, Jr. and Ethel Caulder Smith.
Maegan is survived by her parents, Johnny and Lisa Smith of Pleasant Garden; her sister, Kellie Brianne Smith of Pleasant Garden; her step-grandmother, Faye Morton Paschall of Greensboro and many other family members that Maegan cared deeply for.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Saturday April 23rd at the Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home Sedgefield Chapel from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
