Marcia Patton Breedlove

Marcia was born on May 15, 1937 in Louisville, KY, the daughter of Robert and Frances Taylor Patton, Sr. She worked at Stamey’s Restaurant on High Point Road, retiring after twenty years of service. She attended Glenwood United Methodist Church. She always placed her family first and enjoyed the time she could spend with hem. She loved going to the beach. She will be deeply missed by all.

Marcia was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Bobby Eugene Breedlove Sr. in 2008. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving children; Bobby Eugene Breedlove Jr. of Stokes County, NC, Randy Alan Breedlove and Debbie of Greensboro, NC , Terri Breedlove of Trinity, NC and David Breedlove and wife Amy of Liberty, NC; grandchildren, Brian Breedlove, Jennifer Carroll, Michael Breedlove, Caitlin Breedlove and Tanner Breedlove; and great grandchild, Connor Carroll; brother, Bobby Patton II and wife June of Greensboro, NC ; sister, Sara Kauzlick of Pleasant Garden, NC and brother Grady Patton and wife Susan of Greensboro, NC; and her “four legged friend,” Buddy.

Funeral services will be held on Monday 2:00 pm at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel with burial to follow at Guilford Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel.
