Mary Louise Emmick

Mary Louise was born on Dec. 25, 1924 in New Berlin, NY, the daughter of Ray and Helen Amsden Willard. She devoted her life to her family, being Arthur’s “Princess Mary” for 70 loving years. Over the years, Mary and Arthur had homes at Briar Bay in the 1000 Islands NY, Leesburg FL, Fogelsville PA and lastly in High Point NC. She was an avid reader and loved staying in touch with her family and friends via her computer…not to mention she was a wicked Scrabble player. Her most important role was that of a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She truly was the “heart of the family.

Mary was preceded in death by her son, Terry Emmick and son-in-law Bill Reinbold. Those left to share her memory are her loving husband, Arthur; daughters, Nancy Panko and husband George of Fuquay- Varina NC, daughter-in-law Laura Emmick of Medford NJ, Judith Reinbold of High Point NC, Gail and husband Jeff Christman of Germansville PA, Joni and husband Mark Novotnak of Fogelsville PA and sister, Marguerite Dardis of Gainesville FL; nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

Celebration of Mary Louise’s life will be Sunday, June 10 at 1:30 pm at Ziegel’s UCC Church in Breinigsville PA.
