

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, May 16, 2013 at Forest Lawn Cemetery, in Greensboro.
Born February 25, 1922 to the late Robert Louis Webster, Sr. and Macy Neal Webster, Robert was of the Baptist faith. He served in the United States Army from November 1942 until April 1946. Robert loved the great outdoors and enjoyed nature. He appreciated all animals and was a huge dog lover. He was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his wife of 27 years, Frances Marguerite Webster; a brother, Bernard Webster; and his three sisters, Billie Jean Ellington, Mary Elizabeth Webster, and Wanda Lou Holyfield.
Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Patti Key and her husband Junior of Greensboro; a brother, Brooks Webster and his wife Betty Lou of Brown Summit; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Wednesday evening, May 15, 2013, at Hanes-Lineberry N. Elm St. Chapel.
