Rodger Dale Younts, 64, of Winston Salem, NC passed into the arms of Jesus Sunday, March 6, 2022. Dale was born June 5, 1957 to Wilbur Lane Younts and Mary Frances Younts Scott. He attended Southern Guilford High School and was a dedicated employee of the City of Greensboro for 30 years where he retired in 2013. He loved horseback & motorcycle riding with friends.
Dale is survived by fiancé Trish Crowder; four sons, Dale Jr (Deanna), Joshua (Sandy), Daniel (Catie) and Gabriel (Brittany); eight Grandchildren, Kori, Mallory, Jordan, Logan, Devin, Preston, Dakota and Seth Younts; brothers Doug (Karen), Glenn (Norma), Bruce; and sister Pam (Tom) Edney.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Zane’s Clodbuster Farms in Kernersville on March 19, 2022 at 4:00 pm with cowboy boots and hats preferred. A private graveside service will be held at Bethlehem UMC.
