A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, February 8, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church by Monsignor Anthony Marcaccio.
Ryan was born October 12, 1984 in Hollywood, FL, the son of Ruben Leal Perez and Donna Marie Sather Perez.
Ryan was a graduate of Western High School in Davie, FL. He was employed by United Health Care in the customer service department and loved helping people. Ryan especially loved his dog, Houdini, as well as being an uncle to his nieces and nephew. Ryan will be remembered as an outgoing, personable and kind person. Once you got through his tough exterior, he was always telling jokes and imitating accents of those around him. He enjoyed music and playing guitar, but most of all loved his family. He will be missed.
In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory include his sister, Sarah Perez of Greensboro and his brother, Matthew Perez (Stephanie) of High Point; maternal grandmother, Adele Sather of Greensboro; nieces, Autumn and Kinsley Perez and nephew, Matthew Perez II.
The family asks with gratitude that memorial’s in Ryan’s name be made to the Epilepsy Foundation of NC, 1920 W 1st St., Winston-Salem, NC 27104.
