William Franklin "Frank" Pinnix Sr.

Frank was born to James and Katherine (Harless) Pinnix on April 24, 1947. He was a 1965 graduate of Ragsdale High School and served in the NC National Guard for 8 years as a Military Policeman. He owned and operated Pinnix Mobile Homes Service Co. for 10 years and currently Frabran Rentals.

Frank was married to Janis Pinnix (Shropshire) on February 25, 1967; they were married 50 years.

Frank is survived by his two children, Frankie Pinnix (Leslie) and Brandy Widener (Brandon); his 4 grandchildren Luke Pinnix, Shaye Pinnix, Katie Pinnix and Kora Widener.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents, James and Katherine (Harless) Pinnix; as well as his sibilings, James C. Pinnix Jr. and Rhonda K. Pinnix.

Funeral service will be held Monday, June 5 at 2 PM at Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home Sedgefield Chapel 6000 W. Gate City Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27407 followed by interment at Guilford Memorial Park. Reverend Dr. Lawrence Clapp will be officiating. Family and friends are invited to the Pinnix residence of Oak Ridge, NC following services.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to South Elm Street Baptist Church, 4212 S Elm-Eugene St, Greensboro, NC 27406. The family of Frank Pinnix wishes to thank the ICU nurses of Moses Cone Hospital for all of their kindness and support.
