Billie Jean Minary Bayless

Billie Jean (Minary) Bayless, 85, of Greensburg passed away on April 30, 2015 at Aspen Place Health Campus. She was born on March 6, 1930, in Greensburg, the daughter of James and Bessie (Smith) Minary. Billie was a 1949 graduate of Greensburg High School. On June 15, 1949 she married Clarence “Jack” Bayless and he preceded her in death on December 22, 2003.

Survivors include: Children- Duane (Brenda) Bayless, Vicki (Robert) Kirby, Dana Bayless, Jacqlyn Hermesch, Rhonda (Greg) Koors, James (Megan) Bayless, and Angela (Mark) Baldwin; Sister- Phyllis Jones; Brother- Don (Anna Mae) McCrary; 26 Grandchildren and 23 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her: Mother Bessie Minary; Father- James Minary; Step Mother-Lorraine Minary; Husband; Sisters- June Colson and Cheryl Minary; Brother- James Minary, Jr.; Grandson- William Cain; Granddaughter- Amanda Bayless; and her faithful canine- Adam.

A visitation for family and friends will be held at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home on Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Funeral will be Monday, May 4, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. also at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Hebron Cemetery in Adams. Rev. Jon Porter will be officiating.
