Nick White

Nick White, 60, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital. Nick was born July 3, 1957, in Indianapolis, the son of Harold and Helen Morgan White. He was a United States Army veteran. Nick worked at Gecom for over 20 years. On June 19, 2006, he married Janet Smallwood. Nick enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved going to Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky and watching the horses race. He never met a stranger. Nick went into work early everyday just to greet his friends at the door. His personality made anyone having a bad day better.

Survivors include: Wife- Janet White; Children- Nicky, Jr. (Brandi) White, Jason White, and Zack White; Step-Children- Tonya Shoupe and Brian Grubb; Grandchildren- Maggie and Angel Straight and Abigayle and Brody Shoupe; Siblings-Jackie (Roman) Bentancourt, Janice Jewell, Leroy (Teresa) White, Frank White, and Jerry (Martha) White. He was preceded in death by his Parents and Brother- Ronald White.

A memorial service for Nick will be held Monday, January 15, 2018 at 4:00 PM at Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home, 110 E. North Street, Greensburg, Indiana 47240. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family.
