He was a 1941 Graduate of Coal City High School and a 1945 graduate of Indiana Institute of Technology.
He is survived by his children, Carol Koutz (Larry), Ronald Sheese, and Richard Sheese; brothers, Ermil Sheese and Orval Sheese; step children, Paul Boehm, Will Boehm, Robert Boehm, Martha Turner, Malinda Hinkle, Rosanna Wagner, Barbara Hank, and Pius Boehm; and several grandchildren, step grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Preceding him in death are his wives, Marilyn Nolan Sheese and Catherine Sheese Evrard; step son, Kenneth Boehm; parents, Grover and Mary Sheese; and sisters, Mary Ruth Sheese, Ester Mae Sheese, and Joann Sheese.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
