

Ralph Raymond Seibel, 91, of Greensburg passed away on April 8, 2015 at the Heritage House in Greensburg. He was born on September 5, 1923, in Decatur County, the son of George and Mary (Hampton) Seibel. Ralph was a WWII veteran of the United States Army. On July 7, 1942 he married Ruth Maxine Wingham. Ralph was the Service Manager at Al Reynolds for many years, after retirement he did Security work at Valeo and opened his own lawn mower shop. He was a member of the Lions Club and the First Baptist Church. He loved fishing and watching his children participate in school sports.
Survivors include: Wife- Ruth Maxine Seibel of Greensburg; Daughters- Judy (Norman) Schlemmer of Greensburg, Brenda Seibel of Royal Oak, MI; Son- Jim Seibel of Greensburg; Grandchildren-Tim Ricke and Brian Ricke of Greensburg, Scott (Teena) Seibel of Cambridge City, Sherry (Chris) Woolston of Rushville, Christie (Mike) Noles, Robin (Joe) Shelata and Arin (Mark) Rafanowicz all of Northville, MI, Kim (Rock) Arnold of Hazel, SD, Chip (Lisa) Schlemmer of Greensburg, Julie (Ben) Greenlee of Greenwood, and Bob (Rachel) Schlemmer of St. Paul, IN; Several Great Grandchildren & Great Great Grandchildren; and several Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by: his Parents; Son- Ralph “Bub” Seibel; Brothers- John Beagle, Frank Beagle, Paul Seibel, Howard Seibel, and Harold Seibel and one Grandson – Jeffery Scott Seibel.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 13, 2015 at Noon at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the South Park Cemetery with Military Honors by the Greensburg VFW and American Legion. Memorial contributions can be made to the Lions Club.
