Teralyn L. Carpenter

Teralyn L. Carpenter, 66 of Greensburg passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at the Decatur County Memorial Hospital. Teralyn was born on January 6, 1954 in Winchester, Indiana, the daughter of Ray and Vergie (Cook) Jennings, and they preceded her in death. She married Robert Carpenter on March 25, 1972 in Muncie, IN and he survives.

Other survivors include her four beloved children – Kim (Jim) Allgeier, Kerri (Matt) Koors, Kindra (Johnny Ramsey) Carpenter and Chris Carpenter. Teralyn was blessed with 5 grandchildren – Jonathan Carter, Justin and Stephen Allgeier, and Hannah and Whitney Koors. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Wayne Jennings.

Teralyn loved spending her days with her four children when they were at home. Upon moving to Greensburg, she began working at GECOM and developed very dear friendships in the 6 years she was employed. Teralyn enjoyed crocheting, scrapbooking, singing, shopping, reading, her cat Lilly, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. They were always the sparkle in her eyes.
