Carolyn Sue Harris

Carolyn was born on June 15, 1958 in Welch, West Virginia, the daughter of late Mickey Harris and Lucinda Graham. Carolyn was always on the go, she moved nonstop. Her favorite activities were going to Goodwill and garage sales to thrift. She also loved to fish when she had a chance. Carolyn has always been a joyful, funny, and positive person; she was always trying to make someone laugh. She was known for her love of her family. She loved being surrounded by her kids and grandkids. She called herself a “Grandma to many.” Carolyn was a dedicated attendee at Ansonia First Church of God where she attended for many years.

Carolyn is survived by her son Cody (Jeannine)Wise and her daughter Crystal Wise. She is also survived by her siblings, Raymond Harris, Linda Sexton, and Helen Harris. Carolyn is survived by her previous husband, Gary Yoder, who stuck by her side for 18 years in marriage. Carolyn leaves behind her grandchildren Blake Wise, Chevy Wise, Brooklyn Wise, and Kylie Bay. Carolyn is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

A Funeral service will be held on Friday August 15, 2025 at 12:00PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Alan Leach officiating. A burial will follow the service at Greenville Township Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00AM until 12:00PM on Friday at the funeral home.
