Kim D Thompson

Kim D. Thompson, age 73 of Lynn, Indiana passed away peacefully at 5:24 AM on Wednesday January 31, 2024 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. Born in Richmond, Indiana on March 24, 1950 he was a son to the late Donald Thompson and Annabel (Steiner) Johnson. Kim was a graduate of Monroe High School, class of 1968. He was a jack of all trades, but well known for his work as an electrician. In his free time he enjoyed antiquing. Kim loved to be outdoors, working on the lawn and in the garden, and had an epic strawberry patch. He enjoyed spending time with his family and will be truly missed. He is preceded in death by his parents Don & Esther Thompson; Annabel & T.D. Johnson.

Survived by his wife of 10 years, Beth (Best) Thompson whom he married on November 27, 2013: children Brad Westover & fiancée Angela Boaz; Terri & Bob Moss; Bret & Miranda Thompson; Jessica & Dustin Hall; Julie & JC Price: grandchildren Andrew O’Brien; Casey Thompson; Bellamy & Rowen Hall; Jayla & Jadis Price; Payten Miller; Madison Hathaway: siblings Tia & Randy Bowser; Sue & Mike Whirley; Doug & Marie Johnson: as well as a niece and several nephews.
