Leonard “Mark” Sherry, age 94 of Versailles, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Greenville Care Center in Greenville Ohio. Mark was born February 20, 1931, to the late Russell Ray and Naomi Ann (Lanich)Sherry.
In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Amba (McNutt) Sherry, brothers, Harvard Sherry, Gilbert Sherry and Garland Sherry.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Lillian Aileen (Sundberg) Sherry, sons Tony Mark Sherry and Stanley Russell Sherry, and daughters, Penny Kay (Sherry) Mollica and Naomi Ann (Sherry) Greene. Grandchildren, Beth (Sherry) Nicol, Adam Sherry, Heidi (Hill) Clear, Mark Hill and Billy Joe Hill as well as numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Mark retired from Copeland Corporation, Sidney Ohio after 37 years of service and a farmer for over 60 years.
The family will receive friends and family on Friday, January 9, 2026, from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville Ohio.
