

Nancy was born on February 15, 1930, in Greenville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Daniel Arthur Nealeigh Sr. and Bonnie Claretta Wills. Nancy had worked for 25 years for Doctor Johnson in administration; she had also spent 15 years as a secretary at Cadillac Gage. She had worked at Wayne Hospital for some years and worked at the Garst Museum. Nancy attended First Presbyterian Church in her early years. She also volunteered her time at the Brethren’s Home. She graduated from Greenville High School and was a VFW auxiliary member. Nancy loved to dote on her children and grandchildren and would spend her free time reading or crocheting.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents Daniel and Bonnie. She is also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters; Mary Unger, Daniel “Bud” A Nealeigh Jr., Guy L Nealeigh, Martha Huntzinger, Barbara P Pfowtz, Richard Nealeigh, James Nealeigh, Vern Nealeigh, and Bonnie Fourman.
Nancy is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Robert Michael and Jeri Wenger of Vanlue, Ohio. She leaves behind her sister, Ann Preston of Blissfield, MI. Nancy also leaves behind her grandchildren; Ted (Jennifer) Wenger of Toledo, Ohio, and Ryan (Megan) Wenger of Deshler, Ohio. Nancy is also survived by her great grandchildren; Mathys, Teagan, Eli, and Abraham.
A graveside service will be held Friday, November 14, 2025, at 1:00PM Fort Jefferson Cemetery. Pastor Gary Oser and Terry Hayworth will be officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
