Phyllis A Kirkpatrick

Phyllis A. Kirkpatrick, age 93 of Greenville, Ohio passed away at 8:47 PM Monday April 1, 2024 at the Grandview Hospital Dayton, Ohio. Phyllis was born February 21, 1931 in Rensselaer, Indiana and the daughter of the late Don and Viola Mollenhour.

She was retired having spent her career as a nurse’s aide working at the former Gade Nursing Home and later at the Brethren Retirement Community.

Phyllis loved gardening and playing many types of board games, video games and card games.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Paul W. Kirkpatrick January 20, 2000. They were married September 25, 1949. Also her son Phillip Kirkpatrick March 24, 2014; brothers Bob Mollenhour, Duane Mollenhour and Donald Mollenhour and sisters Judy Ramsey and Betty Mollenhour.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter Stephanie J. Kirchner of Greenville; daughter-in-law Sandi Kirkpatrick of Troy; grandchildren Matthew (Holly) Kirkpatrick, Adrienne (Matthew) Schipfer, Jason Paul Kirchner and Tina Marie (Nathan) Wall; sister Joyce Wood of Warsaw, Indiana; numerous nieces and nephews as well as numerous great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday April 5, 2024 in the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home Greenville, Ohio with Rev. Doug Klinsing officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenville Township Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday from 10:00 AM until time of the services the funeral home.
