Phyllis Ann Weaver

Phyllis was born on November 23, 1929, in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late George and Charline Stephens. Phyllis was of the Christian faith and loved Jesus as her Lord and Savior. She retired from work as administrative assistant at the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission, and previously worked at the United Telephone Company in Greenville, OH and also gave private piano lessons. She was always on the go & loved to travel and go camping. She also enjoyed crafts, scrap-booking, genealogy and being with family.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband, Don, and their infant daughter, one nephew, and her parents George and Charline Stephens.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter Cindy Richardson and her husband Bill of Terre Haute, IN, her son Stephen Weaver and his friend Nam Hui Chin of Greenville, OH, and her sister Jerrine Warner and her husband Don of Fort Wayne, IN. Phyllis is also survived by her nieces and nephew Tevi, Tara, and David, their families, and other extended family.

A service will be held at the discretion of the family with Reverend Bill Richardson officiating. Burial will be at Greenville Union Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to World Challenge – Widows and Orphans.
