Thelma I. Hiestand, age 84 of Greenville, Ohio passed away on Monday March 5, 2012 at 4:40 PM at Wayne Healthcare. She was born March 25, 1927 in New Weston, Ohio the daughter of the late William & Ovella (Studebaker) Shook. She was a homemaker and a member of the Arcanum Lions Club.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Husband: Robert Dale “Bob” Hiestand.
She is survived by her sons & daughter in law: Howard & Pam McClain of Arcanum, William James McClain of Arcanum, Sister: Sarah Mae Gibbs of California; grandchildren: Howie McClain II, Marissa McClain, Chelsea McClain, Billy McClain, Jason & Kyle Gibbs; step sister: Phyllis Jean Markland.
There will be no services. Arrangements are being handled by Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be given to State of the Heart Hospice.
