Vicki Cost

Vicki was born on June 14, 1959, in Dayton to the late Bernard E. & Helen E. (Gilmore) McGlinch. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Hunter; and a sister, Christine Copeland.

Vicki is survived by her husband of 38 years, Scott Cost whom she married May 30, 1987; daughter, Meagan Cost of Versailles; siblings, Karen & Butch Speakman of Chicago, Illinois, Gary & Sharon McGlinch of Versailles, Sandy & Steve Koenig of Wapakoneta, Missy & Joe Lauber of Ft. Recovery; brother-in-law & sister-in-law, Roger & Kym Cost of Greenville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Vicki retired from R.B. Cox Insurance in Ansonia. She was a member of the Rossburg United Methodist Church and Greenville BPW. Vicki enjoyed riding motorcycles, bowling, playing cards, and spending time with her family.

A celebration of Vicki’s life will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Pastor Tony Griffith officiating. Burial will follow in Brock Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and Thursday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the funeral home.
