A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Ann was predeceased by her beloved husband, B.E. “Gene” Mauldin, and her son, H. Daniel “Danny” Mauldin. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Evelyn Bradley, Margaret Dover, and Jerri Moody, as well as her brothers, Rudolph Wynn, Cecil Wynn, Randall Wynn, and Stoby Wynn.
She is survived by her daughter, Regina “Gina” Simmons (Danny), and her son, Bennett E. Mauldin II. She was a cherished grandmother to Daniel Blake Mauldin (Jenna), Justin Hub Mauldin (Jennifer), Rachel Ann Mauldin, Elisa Bennett Mauldin, Tucker Andrew Simmons, and Olivia Simmons Freeman (Derek). Her love and legacy also live on through her eight great-grandchildren.
Ann was a faithful member of Reedy River Baptist Church and dedicated her life to her family as a loving homemaker. Her kindness, strength, and unwavering faith touched the lives of all who knew her.
The family will receive friends at 1:00 PM on Monday, March 31, 2025, at Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1 Pine Knoll Drive, Greenville, SC 29609, with a service to follow at 2:00 PM. Burial will take place at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
