Antonia "Toni" Marie Ryerson

Antonia Marie (Toni) Ryerson passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on November 10, 2020. She was born in Poughkeepsie, NY on November 9, 1943. She was the daughter of the late Anthony and Catherine DiGregorio.

On April 23, 1967, she married John Ryerson, in Poughkeepsie, NY.

Toni was a dedicated mother. She treasured her grandchildren and embraced every moment with them. She had an infectious personality and always made the people around her laugh. Her interests included gardening, traveling and spending quality time with her family. She devoted much of her time and energy to being a caregiver for family members. She was new to this area but was very active in her previous churches.

Toni is survived at home by her daughter Michele Anne Watson and her husband Coy, their sons Caleb and Landon, and her dog Brodie. She is also survived by her son David John Ryerson and his children Dustin, Dezarae, Dakota Ryerson, her sister Josephine Stainkamp of Fishkill NY, her sister in law Ann DiGregorio of Stormville, NY as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Toni was predeceased by her younger brother Anthony 'Butch' DiGregorio III and brother in law Alfred Stainkamp Jr.

Due to the current health concerns, the family will hold a private service. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In the meantime, the family welcomes messages and memories of Toni, to be emailed to [email protected].

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Toni's honor to the American Heart Association.
