

Born in Atlanta, GA, on April 15, 1937, she was the daughter of James B. Clonts, Sr. and Frances Clonts. Beverly graduated from Decatur High School and went on to attend Emory University and the Dekalb College of Fine Arts.
She was a devoted member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church. A talented artist and painter, Beverly expressed her creativity through her artwork. She will be remembered for her imagination, free-spirited nature, and exceptional sense of whimsy.
Beverly is survived by her husband; her children, Scott Patrick (Lori) and Paige LaBorde (Mark); her stepchildren, Brant Turner (Amy) and Amy Butler (Antwon); her grandchildren, Emily Owens, Daniel Turner, Jenna LaBorde, Abby Thomason (Carter), Jack LaBorde, Eva Lewandowski, Nathan Harrison, and Anna Harrison; her siblings, James B. Clonts, Jr. (Suzanne) and Penelope Mondock (Jay); her great grandchild, Hanz Walton; and her nieces and nephew, Joel Aikens, Candice Sides, and Christa Hutchins. She was predeceased by her parents and her sister, Melanie Clonts Aikens.
A celebration of life for Beverly will be held at Aldersgate United Methodist Church Chapel at 7 Shannon Dr., Greenville, SC 29615, on October 6, 2025, at 1 pm. Visitation will be held at 12:15 pm prior to the service. Colorful clothes requested.
