

Piedmont, SC. Born in Jersey City, New Jersey on January 30, 1941. She is predeceased by her parents,
Walter and Madeline(Hanson) Boright, her sister, Diane Friel, her daughter, Marianne Fotheringham and
her husband, Richard C. Rapp II.
Claire attended Jonathan Dayton Regional High School in Springfield, New Jersey. She and her husband
raised their family in Somerset, New Jersey, where they lived for 23 years. Claire was on the Advisory
Board of Health in Somerset and was a member and officer in the PTA, while her children were students
in the Franklin Township schools. She attended Somerset County Vocational School and obtained a
degree in practical nursing. Claire practiced nursing for 34 years.
After raising four children, Claire and her husband relocated to Waxahachie, Texas, where they resided
for 24 years.
Claire's love and joy were her four children, ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Her smile
was bright when she spoke of them and she was proud of each one.
Claire is survived by daughter, Cyndi(Andrew) Celinskis, sons Ricky III(Jennifer), Glenn(Debbie), her
sister, Priscilla(Paul) Palmadesso, brothers Walter(Pamela) and Lewis, her brothers-in-law and wives,
Ronald(Cathy) Rapp, James(Marlene)Rapp, sister-in-law, Marcia Griesi, grandchildren, Amanda(Richard)
Cruz, Nick Rapp, Caroline, Lizzie, Taylor and RickylV Rapp, Jacqueline and Steven Rapp, and
Michael(Lauren) Fotheringham and Michelle Fotheringham, great grandchildren, Angelina Cruz, Zen
Rapp and Lincoln Fotheringham.
The memorial service for Mrs. Rapp will be held at 11 o'clock on Saturday June 10, 2017, at St. Michael Lutheran Church, 2619 Augusta St, Greenville, SC 29605.
