Born in Warwick, RI she attended Lockwood High School. After graduating she moved to Greenville, SC where she studied accounting at Greenville Tech. She spent most of her career in the heating and air industry with General Heating and Air.
Cynthia was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and was a prior member of Grace Methodist Church in Greer, SC.
She is survived by her children; Leanne (David) Dorrity, Susan Horton, Barbara (Dan) Joiner, Scott Bralley, Chris (Debra) Bralley and Maria (Todd) Johnson; 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents James Daniel Coutcher and Iva Mae Stelly Coutcher; husbands Robert Atkins and William S. Bralley; brothers Cliff Coutcher, Warren Coutcher, and Orlo Coutcher; sisters Marian Caniglia and Joan Anderson and son in law Norris Horton.
A graveside service for Cynthia will be held Friday, November 1, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Graceland East Memorial Park, 2206 Woodruff Rd, Simpsonville, SC 29681.
