Dana Elizabeth Hines Parks, age 60 of Taylors, passed peacefully on May 4, 2016 at McCall Hospice House. She was born in Jackson, Mississippi to the late James Albert Hines, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Peatross Hines.
She was a graduate of Mann High School in Greenville and worked briefly as an associate with Mack Parks Tool & Dye. Dana was of the Christian faith and an avid reader and loved her pets dearly.
Surviving are her brother, Jim Hines and his wife, Sylvia of Greenville; nephew, Scott Hines and wife, Natasha; and niece, Amy Kathryn Hines; and great-niece, Madalyn Margodona.
Memorial service 2 pm Wednesday, May 18, 2016 in the Chapel of Taylors First Baptist Church.
