Born on September 24, 1938 in Greenville, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Hilary and Mary Fisher. Evelyn was a devoted wife, loving mother, and doting grandmother. She was a member of Rockvale Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by her son Albert "Terry" J. Fisher Jr., and grandson Brayden C. Putman.
Evelyn is survived by her beloved husband, Albert "Jerry" J. Fisher Sr., her daughter Laura Fisher Putman (Martin), and son Jonathan Mark Fisher (Loreal), as well as grandchildren Brittany Putman, Bryan Putman, Luke Fisher, Jacob Fisher, Clara Fisher, Rebecca Fisher, Amber Fisher, and Laura Beth Fisher.
A funeral service for Evelyn will be held Friday, November 7, 2025 at 12:30 PM in Remembrance Chapel in Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1901 Wade Hampton Blvd, Greenville, SC 29609.
