Born in Pickens County, he was the son of the late Charlie and Seta Faye Chapman Berryhill.
Mr. Berryhill was retired from the United States Army with 30 years of service in the Army Special Forces. He was a member of the Locust Hill Baptist Church and the Men's Sunday School Class.
Surviving are his wife, Ruth C. Berryhill of Travelers Rest SC, three children; Timmie Fisher of Longbeach CA, Gail Hudlen of Washington State, Glenn Berryhill of Longbeach CA. Also surviving Mr. Berryhill are five grandchildren, one step-grandchild, six great grand children and one step-great grandchild.
Visitation for Mr. Berryhill will be held on Saturday October 6, 2018 at Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1 Pine Knoll Dr. Greenville SC 29609, with a funeral service following at 2:00pm in The Chapel of Mackey Funerals and Cremations at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
